Douglas L. Ita has spent 15 of his 23 years in the telecommunications
industry as a faculty member. As an Instructor at the AT&T National
Sales School he taught technical and product courses as well as
sales skills. For thirteen years he was part of the Leadership Development
faculty at the AT&T School of Business\Lucent Learning and Performance
Center. He provided consulting services to business units and headquarters
organizations in the areas of Performance Development, High Performing
Teams and Talent Retention. His teaching expertise has been in Leadership,
Coaching, Effective Communication, Negotiation and Management Development.
Doug is a Senior Performance Consultant and Certified Professional
Development Trainer. He has his BA from Case Western Reserve University
in English with business and psychology minors.
Barbara A. "Bobbie" Kelly
Barbara A. "Bobbie" Kelly joined The Donovan Group with
twenty-five years of corporate experience as a professionally certified
trainer with a national transportation leader. A Certified Master
Trainer with strong skill sets in organizational performance and
change management, she offers contemporary training with emphasis
on quality driven customer service. Recent experience includes delivering
state-of-the-art customer service programs in both small and large
organizations including, BASF, Lucent Technologies, AT&T, Allegheny
County Water Authority and Amtrak.
Bobbie held a number of titles in Consolidated Rail Corporation
within the Human Resource and Customer Service departments.
Bobbie holds a B.A. in Organizational Management from Eastern College,
and a Master Trainer Certificate from Drexel University.
Betty Renaldi
Betty Renaldi draws on thirty years experience in developing and
presenting training in communication, team building, customer service,
assertiveness, conflict resolution and computer programming/systems.
She has presented training for large and small organizations such
as: The U.S. Supreme Court, Joint Chiefs of Staff, Defense Nuclear
Agency, Navy Department, Landmark Education, IBM, EXCEL Communication,
and various dental staffs.
Betty's training style is energizing and motivational. She establishes
environments where risk and change are viewed as opportunities for
action.
