Our
training programs are designed to be both informative and highly
interactive. We present new information in a variety of formats
to make the learning process enjoyable.Information is delivered
in a clear, enthusiastic, and interesting manner. We utilize multiple
delivery approaches - lecture, videos, questionnaires, and assessments
- that facilitate the learning process. We encourage participation
through group discussions, role-playing, exercises, and team competitions
to allow participants to relate the new information to their own
situation and to integrate it into their interactions with co-workers
and customers.
Our workbooks are designed to reflect our hands-on approach. They
provide enough information to cover the course material yet they
do not overwhelm the participant with new information. Furthermore,
they provide an excellent reference book that employees can use
to reinforce communication techniques and strategies after the course
is completed.
